P007 → How-To
This project offered an opportunity for people to show their skills in film and motion while demonstrating a process unique to the creator. The subject was how to make a jar of pickles, the tone was light hearted but also informative.
As with most projects, the process began with research on what the video was about, followed by storyboarding the idea, and finally bringing the idea to life.
Some challenges faced were maintaining proper and consistent camera angles. That problem was resolved by using multiple cameras so that they didn’t have to be moved from their initial position. A strength was editing the footage to effectively show the whole process. Overall, combining video with motion graphics was an exciting and rewarding challenge.
